Degree of efficiency
With degree of efficiency one measures the efficiency of a heating system. The relationship between the effort input and the resulting energy.
The efficiency corresponds to the ratio between the input effort and the resulting energy at the optimal time of operation.
Basically, the efficiency is a good comparison parameter of various heating systems. However, the decision for or against a heating system should be made depending on the usage, because a system with high or good efficiency but little use is inefficient as compared to a system with lower efficiency.
