Biomass

Biomass refers to fuels like corn, elephant grass, wood chips, logs, pellets and cereals. Basically, all common exhaust systems made of stainless steel and ceramic are suitable for connection to biomass fireplaces, if they are soot fire resistant and corrosion-resistant. In addition, acid-resistant systems with single wall or double wall stainless steel chimneys can be used. These systems can also be operated in wet operation after a soot fire.
