Ground plate | Bottom plate

The bottom plate works as a spark arrestor.

The plate primarily protects the ground from flying sparks. Depending on the floor covering, a plate is indispensable for protection. If the tiled stove is on tiles, a plate is not absolutely necessary but flammable coverings such as laminate, carpet or parquet need protection. The base plate is under the tiled stove in a certain size around the fireplace. The falling ash and sparks do not get on the flooring but cool on the plate and do not cause any damages.

The glass or steel plates are available in a variety of shapes and can be adapted to the room.
